Brian is a graduate of the California College of Health Sciences as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner and is a candidate for graduation from Kennedy Western University with a degree in Health Care Administration. Brian is a member of the Virginia State Board of Medicines Respiratory Care Advisory Board and is a Past President of the Virginia Association of Durable Medical Equipment Companies.

Brian has been with Commonwealth Home Health Care for 22 years. Working first as a Home Medical Equipment Technician then as a Respiratory Clinician and finally as the General Manager for the last 15 years. Brian is licensed in the State of Virginia, North Carolina and West Virginia as a Respiratory Therapist. Brian is an Emergency Medical Technician Instructor and an Advanced Life Support Instructor and has a great interest in Pre Hospital Emergency Medicine. Brian is a member and current Chief of the Danville Life Saving Crew and has served as a volunteer EMS provider for over 25 years.

Brian is a member of the Governing Body for Commonwealth and is responsible for the overall operation of the organization.

Rob Giannini

Rob is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia with a degree in Health Care Management. He worked as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Virginia for over eight (8) years. Rob is a Past Chairman of the Virginia Health Care Association Southern District and is currently a member of the Virginia Health Care Association Convention & Trade Show Committee.

Rob has been the General Sales Manager at Commonwealth for over eleven (11) years. He is responsible for developing and managing long term care business and other contractual business for the company.

Michele Alderson
Compliance Officer

Michele has been with Commonwealth Home Health Care for fifteen (15) years as a Customer Service Representative, Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Administrator. She now works as our Compliance Officer and focuses her work on billing management, compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Michele serves on the Leadership Committee for VISN 6 hospitals and has been a past Board Member of the Virginia Association of Durable Medical Equipment Companies. Michele has worked with the VA Hospitals on setting up billing protocols and reviews all billing for all contracts.

Michele has a close relationship with the local Alzheimer Association and is a past member of the Danville Life Saving Crew Auxiliary and the Danville Luncheon Pilot Business Club.

Robin Chenery
Purchasing Manager

Robin has 15 ½ years in the health care field. The last 9 of those years have been with Commonwealth Home Health Care as the Purchasing Manager. Robin is responsible for handling all equipment purchases for local patients and long term care facilities as well as all of our contract work. She has established a great relationship with our vendors and has organized a system for acquiring these items quickly after a bid award.

Robin has been instrumental is organizing Long Term Care Trade Shows in Virginia, North Carolina and West Virginia. Robin is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where she worked in the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. for four (4) years.
